Delicious Korean Food

Have you ever eaten Korean food? For example, Kimchi, Bibimbap, Tteokbokki, and Jjigae. When thinking about Korean food, most people probably think of those. The Korean boom continues in Japan in recent years. Many Japanese are interested in Korean Food. As the number of Korean restaurants increases in Japan, many people may have eaten Korean dishes.
Grilled Dishes
・Korean Barbecue
This is a dish of grilled pork, which means ‘three layers of meat’ in Korean. It is common to sprinkle seasoned miso called Ssamjang along with garlic and wrap it in Korean lettuce.
・Bulgogi
This is a dish of meat seasoned with soy sauce and grilled with vegetables and vermicelli. It means “grilled meat” in Korean. It can be arranged in various dishes such as udon and pasta.
Hot Pot Dishes
・Ssamgyetang
This is a dish that can be eaten to fight against heat fatigue. This dish is generally made by adding glutinous rice, garlic, and ginseng to the belly of a broiler. It is known as Korean stamina food.
・Sundubu Jjigae
This is a dish made from tofu. In addition to tofu, there are many variations of pork, beef, seafood and vegetables. Not only the ingredients, but also the cooking methods are diverse. It can be eaten at almost every restaurant in Korea.
