Moerenuma Art Fireworks Display

This firework display began in 2012. At first it was called Moere Summer Festival. In 2014, it changed its name to Moerenuma Art Firework Display and it has become one of the top firework displays in the country. Many working adults and students prepare and run this fireworks display. More than 20,000 people come to saw this firework display last year.
Moerenuma Art Firework Display was held on Sept. 9 of this year. Wind was strong this year and pyrotechnic smokes filled the air. Accordingly fireworks were sometimes stopped .This year is the sixth time for the event to be held and they set off 18,000 fireworks. It has become a popular event and is the second most popular fireworks display in Hokkaido. Of course, it is very crowded on that day. People can take a free shuttle bus or they can come by car, bus or taxi. The day after the event is spent picking up all of the garbage left by the crowded.
Premium seats are the nearest to the fireworks launching area and cost 7,000 yen. The lawn seats are 3,500 yen. People can see well enough from lawn seats. Primary school children can watch for 500 yen from the lawn seats. The fireworks are set to music and Moerenuma Park is very wide, so it’s a three-dimensional show. The fireworks light up the summer night sky. It’s very beautiful! It will be an unforgettable memory for you. You should try to experience it yourself. The day after the event is spent picking up all of the garbage left by the crowd.

この花火大会は２０１２年に始まった。はじめはモエレサマーフェスティバルと呼ばれていた。２０１４年、モエレ沼花火大会と呼ばれるようになり、国内でトップレベルの花火大会となった。この花火大会はたくさんの社会人と学生が準備や運営をしている。そして去年は２万人以上の観客が訪れた。
今年のモエレ沼花火大会は９月９日に開催された。今年は風が強く、花火の煙が充満したため、何回か花火が中断された。今年で６回目の開催となり、18,000発の花火が打ちあがった。モエレ沼花火大会は人気のイベントとなり、北海道で二番目の人気の花火大会となった。もちろん、当日はひどく混み合う。人々は無料シャトルバスや車、バスやタクシーで来ることができる。翌日はごみ拾いイベントも開催されている。
